Q: Do you support websites not built by your team?
Yes — we can maintain third-party websites after an initial assessment to ensure compatibility and security.

Q: How do I submit support requests?
You can submit requests through our client portal or email. For higher-tier plans, you also receive priority response times.

Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly support limit?
If you exceed your included support hours, we’ll notify you before proceeding. Additional hours can be billed at a discounted rate.
