Project Terms
- All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and the given timeframe. Any changes to the functionality, including micro-improvements, may incur additional costs. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in a face-to-face meeting.
- By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Web Wizard IT Solutions. Acceptance can be verbal, by email, payment of initiation, or signing a quote.
- Clients must ensure that all requirements are included in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that Web Wizard IT Solutions fully understands their requirements. Clients must provide clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they require. Unclear requirements may lead to additional costs.
- Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. Web Wizard IT Solutions will not be liable for discrepancies arising due to unclear requirements.
- There are limited man-hours allocated to each task, including Project Management and Digital Strategist/Business Analyst hours. Minor changes may be included within the allocated hours and analyzed on a case-by-case basis.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions will make every effort to complete the project/changes in the given timeframe. Reasonable delays are accepted if functionalities are redefined or modified.
- Any delays from the client’s end may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may incur additional costs.
- Any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just after development do not attract additional charges.
- Any rework on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes in design after design approval will incur additional charges.
- Modifications requested during the development or after the Go-Live approval will incur additional charges. Additional work beyond the estimates is charged separately. Under no circumstances will Web Wizard IT Solutions be liable for delays caused by changes in the project brief.
- Website/application content and all related materials must be provided within the first two weeks of starting the project. Delays may incur additional charges if they extend beyond a reasonable timeframe.
- Our websites/applications are generally tested on PCs and the latest versions of the following browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. If testing on other browsers is required, please inform us in advance.
- Responsive/multi-device compatible web pages are tested on iPhone and iPads. For testing on other devices, please discuss in advance.
- If your website/application is not hosted on a synapse server, additional man-hours required due to server or network-related issues are not covered in our quotes and may be charged separately.
- Stalling of the project for over two calendar months will incur $99/week administration costs and may increase previously approved estimates. If a project needs to be put on hold, written notice is required in advance.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions retains copyrights for software codes (except open-source software). Clients may acquire codes at an additional cost upon settling all invoices. The codes are for use or modification only for the specified client or its legal successors. Reselling or duplication is prohibited.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions CMS is proprietary and cannot be transferred to an external host, including software code access.
- Websites/applications will be deployed using a commercial-grade web server. Performance may be affected if deployed in a generic office network environment.
- Third-party components, such as Payment Gateways or SSL certificates, may be required. Web Wizard IT Solutions does its best to ensure their suitability but is not responsible for unforeseen limitations. Any purchase costs for third-party components are not included in our quotes.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions is not responsible for open-source products like WordPress and Joomla. Clients must update components and third-party software regularly. Regular backups are recommended to prevent disruptions.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions offers packages in coordination with third-party providers. Changes in their policies may impact our services.
- Clients acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, particularly with third-party software integrations, may delay development. As long as delays are reasonable, clients agree not to penalize Web Wizard IT Solutions.
- Domain registration/renewal and hosting charges are not included unless specified. Web Wizard IT Solutions can arrange hosting at an additional cost. Clients arranging their hosting must consult us before finalizing hosting and database solutions.
- Web Wizard IT Solutions builds and tests websites/applications on our servers or hosted domains. Clients will be given access to third-party servers only after full payment of invoices.
Product & Service Information
Web Wizard IT Solutions provides professional web design services, including website development and customization.
The estimated delivery time for our services is up to 7 days after receiving payment, depending on the complexity of the project.
We require 100% payment upfront before starting any project.
Payment must be made at least one week before the project start date following the initial project discussion.
Business & Payment Processing
- We operate primarily through our website: https://webwizarditsolutions.com.
- We offer e-commerce solutions with a shopping cart for seamless transactions.
- For businesses without a website or retail location, advertising is done through digital marketing and social media platforms. Payments are accepted through online payment gateways and direct bank transfers.
Payment & Refund Terms
- All prices are quoted in USD unless specified otherwise.
Invoices must be processed according to the agreed schedule using the preferred payment method. - A surcharge applies to payments made via Stripe for credit card transactions.
- Full payment is required at least one week before starting the project.
- We do not accept milestone-based payments.
- If an order is canceled before work begins, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
- If canceled after work has started, a maximum refund of 50% applies.
- No refunds are available once more than 50% of the work is completed.
Disputes, Liability & Indemnity
Web Wizard IT Solutions reserves the right to charge clients for work done and resources spent managing disputes.
Web Wizard IT Solutions provides services "as is" and is not liable for security breaches, data loss, or reputational damage.
Clients indemnify Web Wizard IT Solutions against any claims resulting from unauthorized use of services or breaches of terms and conditions.
Hosting & Domain Management
Hosting is an annual charge, paid in advance unless under a maintenance package.
Failure to renew hosting on time can lead to data loss, including files, emails, and backups.
Web Wizard IT Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from late domain payments or expired domains.
Hosting servers are secured to the best of our ability, but Web Wizard IT Solutions is not liable for disruptions caused by hacking or other issues.
FTP and Control Panel access are not provided for Web Wizard IT Solutions proprietary CMS-hosted sites.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website belongs to Web Wizard IT Solutions unless otherwise specified.
Project-related copyrights can be transferred to clients at an additional cost upon full payment and signing of a Certificate of Acceptance.
Web Wizard IT Solutions retains ownership of all programming codes. Reselling or reusing codes for commercial or non-commercial purposes is prohibited.
Clients may not attribute our website design work to another provider unless 50% of the website functionality and appearance have been altered.
Please note that Web Wizard IT Solutions reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.
